Teaching our students the art of food
Formed in February 2009, the Hotel School offers accredited City & Guilds of
London Diploma Courses for Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and in Food and Beverage management.
These qualifications are recognised and sought after both in South Africa and internationally. The course provides students with sound culinary training as well as excellent practical on-the-job experience in Butler’s Restaurant. The courses are conducted from the premises of The Estate and Butler’s Restaurant. The Hotel School is led by Executive Chef - Daniel Williams, who has 5 star local and international experience.
